I'm trying to decide on which speakers to upgrade to for my surrounds (5.1 system) While I would like the QS8's or QS4's - I am limited in the budget. I am considering the M3's or M2's since the majority of the use is for music. Which would be the better choice? The M2's seem to be voiced similar to the M22's (same drivers) that I own, but have a lower power rating. The M3's have a higher power rating (closer to the M22's) but the woofer is larger so I wonder if they are voiced similarly...

The M2s are voiced closer to the M22s. The M2s, M22s, M60s, and M80s are all similar, while the M3s, M40s, and M50s are similar. I wouldn't worry about the power rating. I'd go with the M2s.
