I am looing to mount some QS8's onto the wall, hopefully using the wall mount that comes with the speaker. I will likely be using 14g wire for the run. How much clearence is there bwteen the wall and the speaker when the QS8's are mounted using the standard wall mounts? Thanks.

There is about 6mm (1/4”)

All terminal connections will work with any gauge speaker wire-Except banana plugs.
