I've owned some M60 - in cabinets since March 2010 - and been quite happy.

I have them actually installed in-wall style - with the back 15" of the cabinet jutting through living room wall into my garage...

Now - I'm a 'tinkerer' by nature - and considering I can't tinker with my install too much - no moving them left, right, adjusting toe-in, etc., I'm looking for ways to scratch the itch.

Any thoughts? Previously, there's been little enthusiasm here to upgrading caps and resistors, etc..

Does the same thought still prevail? I'm not sure if 3-2010 is current generation... If not - driver upgrades perhaps?
