 SubWoofer EP-350 problem

My EP-350 Sub-Woofer illuminates the red LED indicator light for a split second when I turn the on/off toggle switch on then goes out and the speaker will not operate. The fuse is good, naturally.
Is this an Amplifier problem ?

Sounds like it. You're probably best off calling Axiom.
