My AA only rests on 3 of the 4 rubber pads on the bottom of the system. This happens on all level surfaces. Any suggestions or remedies?

I'd rather not have to put a sugar pak or a folded napkin under it to keep it from rockin wink

How do you know it happens on ALL level surfaces?

Well, I didn't travel the world and test ALL level surfaces. Then again, I can easily deduce that a level surface is a universal term. Either a surface is level or not. My level is your level. Therefore our levels are ALL levels.

are the rubber pads of different lengths? Or is the AA unbalanced weight-wise?

I may have discovered the culprit. It appears that this pad was misguided upon assembly at Axiom. Too bad the screw-head has that nice clear silicon caulking/padding. Otherwise it would be a screw/unscrew. At this point I do not want to mess around with it just in case it has to go back for some other reason.

Axiom's level is not our level.

The clear pad is peel-stick. You can remove it to get at the screw head and stick it back on afterwards. We recently modified the mold so there is a little guide ring for the foot to fit in.
