I have exported some playlists into folders from my iTunes library and I cant seem to get the M3U file to play nor can I get my playlists to show up in the playlist section of the Web UI/App. Any ideas or tips as to how to format my USB stick so I can see Playlists under Playlists???

Thanks!!!

You will need to copy the songs onto the USB stick and then recreate the playlists in the AxiomAir UI. If you want to use your iTunes playlists you can do that from iTunes over AirPlay.

Hi Ian,

I have all the music on the USB in a folder which also contains the M3U playlist file. The music is findable and plus no problem. The issue is I cannot seem to load the M3U file to retain the playback order.

So if I understand your response above, the short answer is the Axiom UI/Air doesn’t support the M3U file I have exported, is this correct?

Perhaps the support of M3U is something you can put on the backlog for the future. It quite painful to have to build a playlist for hundreds of songs all over again.

I was looking to use the USB method for playing music in the back yard where wifi and therefore iTunes library isn’t available.

Thanks,

Kevin
