the N3 no longer goes into hotspot more or connects to any network?

Upon multiple reboots (at least 10 with and without the wifi dongle) all I get it the chime up music and a solid green (or yellow---colorblind) light. Nothing else. I've had this unit since kickstarter launch and have not had this new issue yet.

Have you ever updated the firmware or is it the same since you got it?

Yes. Everything is up to date. Everything was working fine and suddenly the issue started. I also just allowed the 18h battery to drain, replugged it and rebooted. It chimed up but still only presents the solid light. Not sure what's going on.
