If one goes to Google, then clicks on maps, then clicks on business search at the top. In the left field just type in "Axiom Audio", in the right you can leave it blank or type in Canada or whatever.
What comes up is two listings, one in Tulsa, OK and the other in Broken Arrow, OK. What the heck is this all about?
Knowing Google, I bet they have a real-time tie-in to the air traffic control system and you happened to search while Ian was flying between Tulsa and Broken Arrow.
Try again tomorrow and it should come up Dwight.
Then again, Google Maps couldn't find Dwight last time I tried it
Maybe he will have a "lay over" at the Des Moines International. I would be glad to let him crash at the PorterPlex for an evening of movie watching.
Hmmmm. Randy, at first I thought that maybe you'd accidentally discovered the secret facilities at which the M90 and M100 are being developed. Looking at their site, however, I see that it's an outfit that installs professional lighting and sound equipment, at least some of which are speakers. This would seem to at least raise a question about trade name infringement, which requires that some possibility of confusion in the minds of consumers be created.
How did you find their website? When I google, I just get other pages talking about the company.
I sent Amie a PM with the info.
Glad you're keeping us up-to-the-minute sirquack.
well that is because tulsa is only the COOLEST town ever.
I live in tulsa (except right now b/c I am finishing college)
hmm.. maybe my shipping will be cheap on the m100 prototypes that i ordered yesterday
Yeah, I can just imagine the conference room discussions...
- OK, now the new amps are finished we can relax for a while.
- No, we need bigger speakers to make full use of the amp.
- Forget it, we can't afford to ship speakers that big, and the couriers will destroy them just for fun.
- That's OK, we'll open a new factory in the US, somewhere in the middle.
- We can't just say "the middle of the US", we need a city.
- How about Kansas City ?
- No good, there are two of them... the couriers will get confused
- Ian thinks... "I've never flown into Oklahome before"
(out comes the airport guide; a decision is quickly reached)
- Right, what's next on the agenda ?
