I just have to say that I have been blown away by the customer service I have gotten from both Axiom (again) and Blue Jeans Cables. I was sitting at my kitchen table late Saturday afternoon and ordered bulk speaker cable from Axiom and connectors from Blue Jean to build my speaker connects. The connectors showed up at my office today and Noreen sent me an email indicating my bulk speaker cable got shipped today. Now that is customer service I can relate to! Who needs bricks and mortar when folks like them, Outlaw (and others)are doing it so right on the Internet. I might have to go back to the Tweeter near my house, where I started to look at home theater gear a few months ago, and laugh at the salesman that thought he had everything I would ever need (or maybe just invite the poor sucker over to hear MY system).
I was merrily surprised on a trip i took to Best Buy some months ago while looking at lcd tvs. An employee, a young fellow around 20, noticed i had Axiom Audio written on my jacket and he asked if i owned a pair of their speakers. I chatted with him for a bit and it turns out he was looking for speakers himself but he didn't want to buy any of the models in their store even given the employee discount. He had heard about Axiom Audio and i gave him an invite to listen. He seemed a bit apprehensive about taking me up on the offer though. He was obviously not a forum member.
