That would be a spectacular addition to an outdoor entertainment area.

That substance is just cornstarch and water. If you've never played with it, I highly recommend it. Just get a box of cornstarch and mix more and more of it into a bowl of water until you can't mix any more in. You'll know when that happens. It's not called a non-Newtonian fluid (youtube link) for nothing.

OH yeah - the cornstarch/water thing is a fun thing for parties, actually! It's very neat, even if you don't have a whole pool full of it.
