I was looking at the latest issue since we just bought an Eichler and I'm looking for Mid-century Modern design ideas.

There's a remodeled Victorian in SF and I noticed some unique speakers and thought, hey, an audiophile. They showed a pic of the wet bar and there was a QS8. Then they showed the media area w/ a pair of VP150's and a pair of M60's. Guy's a techie since he's also got a 360, PS3, NAS (multiple), Mac, PC, etc.

VERY nice house, IMHO, provided you like that kind of look. And I do.

Wonder if he (or she) is a poster here.

BTW, has anyone ever tried dual VP150's? I've seen them above/below but these were side to side. Talk about soundstage.

Wow - I hadn't cracked my June issue yet. Thanks - he's done an amazing job with the look, hasn't he? Those are walnut speakers with satin finish.
