On the bright side (for me) Axiom has shipped out my replacement amp finally. The good news is that it is being shipped via FedEX

mine is only $70 worth of new speaker cable and plugs....not as bad as a speaker, but disappointing none the less.

Guess i'll just play with my new harmony 550 to pass the time away.

I think Axiom needs to address this with DHL. Back in the day with FedEx, this never seemed to happen. I know DHL is more affordable, but to what expense to the customer. jmo

I hated the tiny buttons on my 550 so I gave it to my sister.

Well, the package is out for delivery.

Got the 550 up and running... I LOVE IT!!! I can finally put away all my other remotes as I can now control EVERYTHING with this one remote, even my receiver functions.

I think I just got too used the layout and feel of the other style Logitech has going. Welcome to the Harmony Club, oh-oh-oh, I think I just thought of a new club for the community. Have to go change computers as this Vista box is still blocking me out of there.
