That's sad news, he was a hell of a talent.

Really is. Listening to him now. I am just exposed to his blues-rock stuff. I haven;t heard his jazz.

Yeah, was just talking to a friend that saw him perform with EC at Alpine Valley the night before SRV's copter went down (which EC was suppose to be on).

Wow... I didn't even know he HAD cancer. I haven't kept up with him much in the last 10-12 years....

Sad....

That is very sad to hear indeed.

R.I.P. Jeff Healy ... you and Stevie Ray are probably up there at this moment catching up on old times.

Jeff Healy and Stevie Ray Vaughan jamming together. ('Little Sister')

(A/V isn't too good on this one, but they're getting it done)

Awesome Video Rick, I played a SRV song for my final Jury when I was attending Grant MacEwan, he is a blues legend that will never die.

Cancer cost him his eyesight at a young age (1 or 2) if memory serves

He was a Toronto club scene legend. I first heard him on a local radio station (Q107) and he played a few songs before the DJ annouced that he was a local artist, and completely blind.

RIP Jeff
