I might end up taking a last-minute flight to Iowa at the beginning of the week.....final destination Spencer.
Not sure where I'll fly into... Any preferred airports and Things To Do while there?
Randy, before you even make the generous offer of letting me stay there, I gotta tell you that your place creeps me out with all those poltergeists and crap.
If your flying in on a jet, it will most likely be Des Moines International. Nick and I are in a suburb of Des Moines, yes we have suburbs. Spencer is about a 3 hour drive and it is up in NW Iowa.
Are you taking a puddle jumper up to Spencer, not even sure they have an airport, maybe a crop duster airport...

Hey guys- Well it looks like there's a change of plans.
I have an uncle who was expected to pass at any day, and initial reports were that the funeral would be held in Iowa.
I'd never met him, but my Mom asked me last week if I would go to "represent the family" if I could work it into my schedule.
Well, I just got word that he passed but will be buring in Springfield, Ohio, where he spent most of his life.
