man, netflix has been taking a really long time to send me movies lately! There was some problem with one of their shipping centers for a few days and they had an apology note saying they were going to give all members in the region a 15% credit on the next bill...

Well I guess something is wrong still because are still arriving late.

Save for that one week, no.

They receive my movie the day after I mail it, and send one out immediately. Being in Southern California I have to believe I'm right near a processing center.

No issues here in Phoenix for me, not even during the week they had problems. They’ve averaged a 3-4 day turnaround, from when I drop it in the mail, since I’ve been using them.

Other than a couple of shipping system problems (compensated by the aforementioned 15% off the next bill), we've had really good service; 2 day turn around, on occasion 3 days. Have two at home waiting to be viewed, of course it's going to take me HOURS to get everything rewired as I put all the electronics up high(er than Katrina water level), but left the wiring.

No problems in the DC area. If I drop a movie in the mail in the morning, they get it the next day and I usually get the next movie the third day after I drop one in the mail.

Had shipping delays 1 week, otherwise turnaround time has consistantly been 3 days in my location.

I had delays for that week , and the immediately after that the next movie was delayed b/c "It was not available at your local shipping center" and had to be shipped from California.


BUT,OOPS , I completely forgot that my girlfriend checked the mail on our way out of the driveway for our camping trip... She shoved the most recent netlfix movie into my glovebox... So it wasn't late after all! I guess Iam just forgetfull!
