Under rated activity/sport....... waterskiing I love it. Nothing beats a good day of waterskiing, IMO, its a great work out when you really push yourself.

Under rated sport, Rugby, all the running of soccer combined with the power and punishment of football.

Overrated activity/game on TV - Poker, a good way to put myself to sleep.
