WOW!

esecially in that small room.
Posted By: SatKartr Re: No such thing as too many subs. - 02/27/09 01:32 AM
Holy Moly Batman, now that's what I'm talking about!
Posted By: HomeDad Re: No such thing as too many subs. - 02/27/09 01:35 AM
Now that rooms gotta shake!
Posted By: SRoode Re: No such thing as too many subs. - 02/27/09 01:54 AM
I think it shook loose some of the room treatments a bit. \:\)

I'd be concerned about that 15 db dip at 3.7 Hz though... ;\)

Those subs are so powerful, it blasted him forward in time 2 years!

\:D

So, who's going to be the first to try 4 EP800s?

Don't worry, he's not EQed yet. Really though, where do you find an EQ with a 3 Hz band?

And you think that kid in his bondo-mobile next to you at the stoplight is annoying....

Imagine living next to this guy! \:D

Seriously though... my goodness. What's the point of a system that's packing enough db's to make you deaf?

The hearing specialists will have alot of new patients in 15-20 years thanks to the Kmart car crowd.

That looks like a lot of fun. I should become a DIYer one day.

Wish he knew how to spell cannon, though.
Posted By: ClubNeon Re: No such thing as too many subs. - 02/27/09 06:42 AM
I think his subs are just part of the set of rules which govern the philosophy that one can never have too much bass.
Posted By: Murph Re: No such thing as too many subs. - 02/27/09 02:59 PM
To each his own but his room looks way too overdone with treatments. It looks like a padded room in an asylum. I couldn't bear to sit in it for long unless maybe I was watching One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
Posted By: CV Re: No such thing as too many subs. - 02/27/09 04:59 PM
It needs to be redone as One Rumbled Over the Cuckoo's Nest for the sake of the subs.

A little too much IMO...
Posted By: CV Re: No such thing as too many subs. - 02/27/09 07:16 PM
Yeah, you have to wonder if anyone would notice a couple of those being disconnected.

I like bass, but don't care for hearing loss.
