Messages marked as read with IE vs. Firefox - 10/27/09 01:46 AM
When I am reading threads in IE on the boards, they get marked as read. If I later open the boards with Firefox to read messages, all the ones I looked at already show up as unread still. If I go back to IE they are still read. This happens the other way around too. If I read in Firefox, I don't see them as read in IE.
It is not a cookie thing on my computer, as I am using different computers and this still happens, so it is somehing about the way the site keeps track of what has been read by the user. It stores this based on the browser used.
Anyone know why it does this or a way around it? It is something Axiom would need to fix on their end I assume.
