Today ended the grueling summer long grind and Monday starts the fall run that will taper off to nothing by early November and to celebrate this and Stevie's life I am enjoying a glass, or two, or three of my favorite rum, a first listen to the 'Couldn't Stand The Weather' Legacy CD on my favorite music system (thank you Axiom!) that will carry on with a couple of other CD's or maybe even a DVD from Stevie Ray.

RIP Stevie Ray!

I still remember seeing him opening for Joe Cocker at Copps Colesium in Hamilton ON about a week before he died...and feeling the sadness hit me when I heard the news.

One of the few naturals.
I wish I could have seen him live.
