If your're not following this thread over at avs, you're missing out on pure entertainment!

Apparently, Craigsub and his "new company" screwed over some guy who bought one of his subs, pictures and everything... smile

Merry Christmas!

That's too bad... Craig, Jack, and Ray are all good guys.

Yes, I agree with you. Craig has helped many over the years.

I just don't understand why he has to take these things public, huge mistake. I hope he recovers from this, but I don't know, unless that thread gets locked soon, it far from over. He is still pointing out that the customer is wrong. In today's ID competitiveness where customer service separates one business from the rest, I just think he made a huge mistake calling the customer out publicly on the net.

Can you imagine if SVS, Axiom, Velodyne did that?

It's surely a lesson learned for the young entrepreneur...

Damn, I'm glad I don't go to AVS. Those guys are NASTY.

Just because I can fix a leaky faucet and change a furnace filter doesn't mean I have the education, proper tools and experience to start a heating and plumbing business.

Yea John, I got a kick out of that, he has a couple other good post too.

The glass is always half full for him. smile
Reminds me of my Grampa. I called him up (I was about 16 or 17) one day all upset because I had a flat tire on my 69 Chrysler Newport and was stranded on the highway.

Being the positive man he always was, his reply was..."Well hell boy, what's the problem? You still have 3 good tires!"
