Wife and I booked our anniversary trip to the El Dorado Royale near Playa Del Carmen Mexico. 7 nights of relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, fishing, and gourmet all you can eat, all you can drink goodness! And now the countdown begins...

We stayed at a smaller property (el dorado seaside suites) by the same resort chain 2 years ago with my parents, sister, and her boyfriend right after our wedding. We had a blast so are going back to their largest adults only resort. 2 friends of us may be coming as well so that should be fun.

Well, we know we can't blame Tom for any missing cocktail waitresses.

Bob probably bitchslapped them all scared the last time he was there....

If you dive, make sure you go to Cozumel.

If you snorkel, make sure you hit the tide pool at Akumal. There's a quaint little outdoor restaurant in Akumal I like as well. Hard to miss, seeing how small the town is.

I like the Playa area. Have a great time.

Don't covet your (Axiom) neighbor's vacation. I'm pretty sure that was the 11th Commandment. There was no more room on the tablets.

That's one of my favorite stretches of beach in Mexico. My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Riu Yucatan Resort up the beach.
