She can carry a tune, but the voice sounds too nasal for my tastes. Can't comment on how much soul she can put into her singing...it's a studio video, and that kind of thing is best appreciated during a performance.

I wouldn't say she can carry a tune, necessarily. It's quite obvious there's liberal use of auto-tune being used. That being said, it's so common that it's pretty much genre-appropriate to use it now.

Ah yes, forgot about the glory of auto-tune.
