Looks like Tripoli has been attacked, at least according to some Al Jazeera Blogs. Rebels hold all key cities outside of Tripoli as well as all oil refineries.

This is the end my friend...

We can only wait and see. "Wait and see." Ha! Is that unAmerican, or what?

When I was a little kid, I thought that Montezuma was a school building and Tripoli was a beach. Then again, I thought (and to the republic for) Wichit Stands was a suburb in Kansas.

Does that mean Montezuma's revenge was having to go to that school?

The twit[er]verse is interesting. Lots of Libyans have been using it to get info out to the world and a few dedicated sould have been posting tweets on Al Jazeera. There are a few posters who have been accurate and are usually hours to a good day ahead of the rest of the news world.

Last night there was a lot of traffic.

1. Nato has increased the intensity of its bombing in Tripoli
2. There were a number of claims Freedom Fighters had captured an airport in/near Tripoli, but was not clear what airport. No confirmation this morning.

Gadhafi controls Tripoli, Sirte and a few other pockets with military bases. He has no access to fuel or other supplies since the main coastal road to Tunisia was captured.

He is a cornered rat.
