If you haven't noticed, I've been absent from the forum for a week or so now. I won't lie, I'm cheating on you guys. I've found two new forums to occupy my time.
Actually, the truth is I'm trying to get back into making music, and it's taking a lot of my time. So something had to give.
I'm not gone for good, just won't be refreshing the page every minute for 18 hours of the day. I'll probably check in on things a couple times a month.
I met a lot of interesting people here, and made a few friends. If anyone wants to keep in touch via e-mail, Twitter or Google+; hit me up with a private message, and we can exchange details.
Otherwise, keep watching the charts for my first #1 hit single!
best of luck to you! but not too much, or we will see you once a year only. :-)
Chris, your contributions have been valuable, and we hope that you can check in more often. Good luck.
Best of luck Chris. Keep us in the loop.
I'll see you on Google+, but I'll still miss your posts here.
Best of luck, Chris. I hope you continue to drop by as your posts are always informative and helpful.
Awesome! Go for it Chris!
Go be awesome, Chris. Thanks for being an invaluable contributor here.
Thanks everyone for all the well wishes!
Good luck with your music and sorry for the late response Chris, I was out of the loop in Spain for the last couple of days.
Cheers,
Dean
Sonofabitch! I was going to ask for your assistance again, buddy
.
All the best in your future endeavors, Chris!
Chris, warmest wishes for continued success. I've learned a lot from you, and you have helped me and others in a very generous and gracious way. Salut!
Chris, we're going to miss you around here. Who else can we rely on for completely technical yet comprehensible posts?
Good luck with your projects, and drop in from time to time!
Chris, goodbye and the best of luck with your music.
Late to this, but I feel a disturbance in the Force..... and a lowering of the collective IQ around here.
That reads like a "slam" to everyone else, and I don't mean it that way!)
Take care, good luck, and come by and visit this old haunt sometimes!
Chris, good luck with your new venture. I'll miss your unique blend of technical expertise/easily understood delivery.

Good luck, as an old musician myself who had a lot of places to play back in the "golden age" of music(60's & 70's) it is probably tougher than ever to make a go of it today in the music business. In this unfortunate day of "pigeon holed" music, what genre are you involved in?
Good luck Chris! I hope you'll check up on us once in a while. Your posts are always very instructive.

Well said. Of course, I have no excuse for my hiatus. I am paying for a wedding next month - that takes up a tremendous amount of time and emotional capital...
Good Luck Chris. Make sure you come back to post a link to some tunage when you get something up we can listen to.
And Tom, I just noticed your location info. I'm honored to be your waypoint!!! If I ever move, I'll be sure to let Garmin, Magellan and Tom Tom know so you never get lost.
