Which is the most desirable way to couple one of your bookshelf speakers to a speaker stand? spikes, blue tac, ???

If you have your stands isolated from the floor then you can attach the loudspeaker to the stand. If you are trying to isolate the speaker from the stand then spikes or rubber pads would be best.
