As soon as I read the first two sentences of the winner, I guessed which one it was... Yup... JATO. Very old and very false. Thanks for posting anyway.
That Mythbusters episode is great, to actually see a car with a rocket mounted on the roof then later on they tried it in the trunk for another Myth IIRC.
