Obviously, we're buying too many Canadian built speakers...eh?

But those Canadians really do know how to build great speakers.
Yes, but our personal household debt is now higher than our American friends as well...

Eh...it should be Canadian housing is now worth ALOT more than American housing. Our unemployment I think is a bit less than USA too. Househould debt is concerning in our nation.

I haven't looked at the numbers but it probably isn't due to Canada's productivity (increase in GDP) and other of our own economic metrics but more than what happened in the American economic climate the past several years. Americans still probably achieve greater disposable income, pay WAY less taxes, consumer goods are WAY CHEAPER. Americans can still do more than us, even if they are worth a bit less. We will be surpassed by our Americans to the south soon enough anyways.

Oh yeah and Americans can spend $200 DAILY at Duty Free on every return visit back to the US from Canada!

You guys can just drive over and come back with bottles of duty free Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray No. 10 and some Grey Goose and still be well under limit. Who cares about a recession.

Lucky Bastards!
