I'll be still up at Midnight PST even though I'm old & decrepit, ha! That would be 0400 AM for those on the eastern seaboard.

Traditional (for us) Oysterpalooza tonight - fresh oysters from New Orleans, charbroiled with garlic, butter and pec. Romano. Yummy! I'll try to post pics later.

My BIL and I ate 5 pounds of fresh, steamed, northwest Manila clams for lunch last Tuesday. It was awesome.
