Thinking about driving up to the factory and picketing until we get a boxing day/week sale... or maybe just a tour. Who's with me ?

Seriously, a factory sale of returns & seriously banged up product would be a godsend to me right now. I'm trying to put together inexpensive, not too awful HT systems for a couple of family members right now and it's really hurting. I go out to all the stores and look/listen, come home and listen to my system and feel real guilty because I'm not going to be able to get them anything near as good.

Now, to be fair, neither of them really CARE about the sound quality as much so I sholdn't really worry but what the heck, I'm gonna have to listen to it when I go over there

Sigh... why do all the people who don't want to spend much on HT have 5000 ft3 family rooms ?

Wifes cousin built his house and his "friend" sold him a nutone system to have installed throughout. He admitted he just wanted something to make some noise. Well, as far as Im concerned that is just what he got...a noisemaker.
This cousin could buy stereo equipment as easily as I buy candy bars...sigh...

I'd be picketing up there already if it wasn't for the season...can we do it in June please! I'm already freezing here in MN...
