After seeing a post about Adidas Axiom shoes, I thought that I would look up axiom in the dictionary.

How true is this:
"A statement that is accepted without proof."

These speakers make such a great statement, and since they are mail order only, many times you have to buy them without ever hearing them first (the proof part)...

Another definition is:
"A saying that widely accepted on its own merits."

How true is this one too... These speakers hold their own and have awards to prove it. Many of us (me included) again have purchased them based solely on merit and are very happy.

Paradigm- an example serving as a model.
Soliloquy- the act of talking while or as if alone.

Pretty cool......so much for the naming after your son or daughter thing. I bet that may have played a part in the role of naming Axiom

I couldn't find BOSE in the dictionary, closest was verBOSE :

Using or containing a great and usually an excessive number of words

Bose is named after a person though...

I always thought BOSE stood for "Better Off with Something Else."

I'm quite a fan of yours, BigJohn. You definitely captured the "essence" of the brand....

Don't forget about Rotel.

Oooooo... Can I get that in "Extra Hot?"

The best thing ever - sausage, Rotel spicy and cream cheese, melted and blended together. Dip corn chips (I find fritos scoops rule them all in this regard).

You'll have a little melted cream cheese in your pants by the time you're done. Highly recommended for the SuperBowl.
