Here I am posing as an addict. How come you get the title of addict after 40 posts then loose it at 60 only to regain it at 300?

Besides, I'm no addict. . .I'm just like those people, you know, that really really like chocolate and find themselves hiding bits of chocolate around the house, making sure they always have some chocolate around, dreaming about the next time they are going to have some chocolate. . .I'm just like them only with BEER! J/K, but I do love a good beer and a good sound system.

I'm not addicted. I only check this forum half a dozen times a day.

I've got less than 100 posts and am considered an "old hand." Maybe that's because I always forget to log out? Kinda feel guilty, like I haven't earned that status. Who knows. . .

You have to admit that 100 posts on a support board like "Axioms Anonymous" is actually a fair number of posts and a fair amount of time invested. Enjoy your "old hand" status and be proud.

The wierdest one is "addict". You get to be an addict twice, once from 40-60 and another undocumented phase, at 1000 if I remember correctly.

Maybe different spelling at 1000, "addicte" or something

EDIT -- whoops, just noticed the FAQ has been updated. One becomes an addict at 40 and again at 300. Think of the "40" addict status as an apprenticeship.

i have always thought you should have the title 'afficionado' after 1000 posts

i think they should do like some other sites.. once you get to a high water mark, say 2000 or 3000 posts, you should get to make up your OWN name.
