What would you recommend for mounting the QS-4 on a wall, and how far should they be mounted behind the listening area (side wall or back wall), and finally, at what height?

I have been reading quite a bit on this. I plan on purchasing the same rears and plan to side mount them about two feet behind the central listening position, about a foot higher than seated ear level.
