Aside from a house, does anyone here, in whatever city you are (especially Montreal!), know of a good appartment or condo complex to live in that is quite soundproof and/or has people that just don't complain.

I am looking, in Montreal, to move again next summer but I am looking for a fairly soundproof appartment, or condo.

However, if someone has suggestions for other cities, for people who live elsehwere, let's hear 'em!

My stepfather used to live on Dr. Penfield. Nobody complained about his Martin-Logans powered by a 200 watt Macintosh Integrated amp. Don't think it was much more than a million bucks and several thousand a month condo fees. Man it was nice!

Yup. Knock out the walls between them and set up one for audio and the other for video.
