I just ordered the new TV!



Estimated delivery date: 9/11 - 9/18. How sweet would it be if it arrived on my birthday???!!!

Wow. I've wanted a big screen tv for the past 15+ years. It's finally happening.

fyi...The first three things to be watched will likely be Fellowship of the Ring, Purple Rain, and some sort of porn. Not sure what order yet. LOL!

Well, for pete's sake. What did you get?????????? I assume it was a Sony, but may I ask which size and model, and where did you get it? Regardless, I think you're going to have a really great time with it. Enjoy!

Craig - that's GREAT news!!!

One suggestion I will make - get yourself a calibration disc (AVIA, etc.), you will be very happy with the results, especially with the Denon 2900 involved.

Once it arrives, you can be sure there will be lots of pics and thoughts. What do you want a screen shot of? Purple Rain, LOTR, or the porn? LOL!

LOL! No, I've watched plenty of porn. I guess it was the the image created by Tom's suggestion of a photo of you watching porn to which I reacted. The futile attempt at looking nonchalantly disinterested, the glazed eyes, the drool covered chin...................
