Finally! I've been wanting a pair of QS8s for the longest time, and very soon I will have my hands on a pair. Took advantage of the Owner's Club Factory Outlet and picked up the VaSSallo Series QS8s in Cherry Natural Satin! I am stoked!! I'll post pics when I get 'em.

Just avoid plugging them into an AC outlet.

Well, it seems DHL was having problems telling Ohio and California apart, but they finally managed to deliver them to my door. Despite all the cracked styrofoam the speakers appear to be in good shape. Now I need to hook them up and make sure the sound okay, too!

Yeah yeah, hold on! Had to go to the hardware store to get some anchor bolts for the wall. Now I gotta decide exactly where I want to put them.

Make them into headphones.

Question for you guys--there are no studs where I want to place the QS8s. I've got some molly bolts to use. Are these going to be strong enough to support a QS8? There is no lb. rating, they just say "medium duty." They are about an 1-3/4" long.

By the way, I'm using the T brackets.

Why didn't I think of that! I don't think supporting 30 lbs on my head will be a problem.

The Audiobytes should be used for headphones if you can fit the amp in your back pocket.

I hope Axiom sells an optional harness for 'em.

Mission accomplished. QS8s are up on the wall and calibrated. Pretty quick to do, I think it took me less than an hour to do the deed. Here are some pics. By the way, cordless drills are awesome.
