Hello! I'm looking to buy a Axiom home theater system with M60ti, QS4, VP100 and EP175 speakers. My question is: Is my receiver (Harman Kardon AVR-125) strong enough to give me satisfaction. Receiver is 45 watts per channel.

HK usually quotes power ratings that are lower than what they actually are.

If I were you, however, I would pick up the following speakers:

M60
VP150
QS8
EP175

I echo Patch's suggestion. I think the VP100 might be a touch weak for the M60's. Remember, the lion share of audio is coming from that center speaker as it's meant to lock things that happen on the screen to the screen. Are you some place that would make it easy to take the speakers back should you find they aren't capable of playing loud enough for your tastes, given your low power capability?
