I'm using a PS3 as a Blu Ray/ DVD player. I have it connected via HDMI outputting LPCM to a Denon 3808CI. The 3808 outputs an HDMI-DVI cable to my Toshiba TV. It seems that when I playback discs on the PS3 the audio is a little behind the video. Has anyone had this problem? My PS3 has the latest firmware, and I updated the 3808 when I got it less than a month ago. Is this just a problem with certain tracks (I noticed that my Batman Begins and Matrix HDDVDs played on my XBOX had this same problem). Any solutions would be appreciated.

As long as every piece of equipment in the chain is hdmi 1.3 then you can set the receiver to sync the audio with the video. Your PS3 is and Denon receiver probably is as well. Not sure about your TV though. This should fix the problem except if you run into a disc that has sync problems. It should only be on some older discs that have audio sync problems. There shouldn't be problems with the Matrix or Batman begins. I have both of these titles and have never noticed a problem. I have noticed when watching over the air tv that one station will have the audio sync perfect and others won't. You can run into the same problems with cable or satellite. There isn't a way to fix this. If you can't use the hdmi 1.3 sync feature then you can try to play around with the delay which takes time a patience. Here is a link on how to do this with an Onkyo receiver (it is exactly the same way that you will need to do it for the Denon).
