So I keep seeing the first batch of Criterion Blu-Rays at the store, and I'm pretty tempted to give them a try to further feed the beasts (speakers, HUNGRY!). Anyone picked up any of them yet? I'm wondering how their transfers and mixes stack up to other BRDs.
So far it looks there's The Third Man, Bottle Rocket, The Man Who Fell to Earth and Chungking Express.
I bought Bottle Rocket, but I haven't watched it yet, except for the first minute or so. I wanted to wait to make some friends watch it with me.
