I agree. Cablecard slots used to come in flat panel tvs but no more because the cable companies didn't want to support them. Now only Tivos can use them. I like this trend for sure.

Living in canada is like being in the stoneage and being able to look through a portal into the future. I would love to do my cable through pc. Calling our local cable provider resulted in a long moment of silence.Maybe one day we will graduate to cable cards.

Well, Socketman, as long as you don't find out that here in the U.S. we have flying cars! It's been hard enough for Hollywood to keep it out of the movies and TV for the last five years!
