Ive seen a lot of posts over the last year that Ive had my mt22s saying that the vp100 couldnt really keep up and that you should get the 150. I like the idea of having mt22s, vp 100, and qs8s because they all would have dual 5.25" matching mids. Id say im only watching movies like 10% of the time with stereo listening the other 90%. My rooms only about 15x18, so vp 100 & 150 owners, chime in and let me know which way to go.

if you have the $$$, get the vp150

if you don't, get the vp100...

If your physical setup allows the placement of a bookshelf speaker as a vertical center channel, then an M2 or M22 might well sound better than a VP100. And the price is "right"!

I do love my VP 150.. Beautiful full sound.. And, it does fit into that over/under the set environment nice 'n neat..
As for an M22, I for one would have a hard time with placement.. Unless, you get it in eggshell white, and 'hang' if from the ceiling, centered, and tilted downward.. !!!? Hey, just a thought.. And, if I went that route, I would probably have the L/R 22's on stands or hanging as well.. It's hard to beat the sound from a speaker that is free of all surrounding surfaces..
