Sorry for the noobie question, but is it possible to connect 2 subs on a 7.1 channel receiver or I need a 7.2 model?
Many of us use 2-3 or more subs with our receivers, have for years. You just split the signal either at the receiver or daisy chain the subs togethor.
Ichigo, as I mentioned in my reply about the 608, the presence of two sub outputs on a receiver is just a minor convenience. A common way of connecting two subs to a receiver with one sub outout is to use a Y connector such as
this .
Thanks for all the help JohnK. I couldn't be happier with all the help from you guys! Here everyone is so eager to help each other with unbiased opinions giving lots of credibility for the forum. I sent an e-mail to noreen regarding payment methods after getting her reply I will be ordering 3 M22's, 2 QS8's and a EP350. Just can't wait to get my speakers. I am very excited about them!
You should be enjoying that wonderfull system very soon, congrats!
