Are there any vp180 owners out there that also have the Axiom stand? If so I am looking for the total height (from floor to the top of the speaker).

Also, does anyone know where the vp180 stand is on the product page? I can't seem to find it.

So probably add that height to the height of the VP180...

That should make the total height 18.5 + 9.25 = 27.75"

From the pictures I have seen, it looked like 2 FMS-QS with short pipes, didn't it?

For a couple extra bucks, Axiom does customize the height of their stands. So why not tell them how high you want the top of the VP180 to be?

I don't think the VP180 stands have shipped yet. My VP180 is still sitting on a pair of M2 shipping boxes.

EDIT - agree that the stand does not seem to be on the web site yet either, other than appearing in one of the VP180 pics.

What? You don't eat soup during the warm months?

It was a stability problem -- I just didn't feel good about having the VP180 sitting on top of a stack of soup cans.

Besides, I prefer "warm" sound in the winter, "cool" sound in the summer

It sounds like you originally ordered a vp180 stand, but Axiom hasn't shipped as of yet- is this correct? If so did Axiom give any kind of ETA?

Maybe this means they are not yet available.

Good point, but I don't know where I want the top to be just yet. I am helping a friend with a new theater room and have yet to decide on the screen size. I wanted to find out what the standard height with stand would be to start and then look at screen options. But you are right in that we can request a slightly shorter stand if need be. Thanks!

Correct. Last I heard was around the start of July, basically that stands would be a few more weeks if the current design was approved for production, longer if additional design changes were required.
