What would be the best setting for the projector in a light control room especially to improve the black level?

Am sending 720p signal for BD to it through component now.

Have to utilize the projector untill the lights goes off...now only 680 hours and can last for 2000 hours, by that time maybe 3D projector without glasses already out in market :p

Don't have any settings to share, but keep in mind that due to variances between projectors (of the same model) and differences in room/viewing environments, using settings from another person or projector isn't very useful.
