I got the new Batman game and want to try it in 3D.

Right now it's PS3 -> HDMI -> Denon 3310 -> HDMI -> Panasonic VT30.

I know the 3D works on the display itself, I've checked. But I can't seem to get the TV and the PS3 to both work in 3D. I did the Display Settings on the PS3 and it doesn't do the 3D check. I know you can set the Denon for HDMI passthrough and I 'think' I did it. I changed it to HDMI control but no go. I suppose the next step is to connect the PS3 directly to the display as a check but that's not a final solution.

1) Does anyone know the exact Denon settings to configure HDMI passthrough?
2) Anything specific I need to do on the PS3 outside what I've done?

I'm in the same boat with my Denon AVR-989 and VT-25. You can only pass through HDMI 1.3. For 3D, you need a receiver that is HDMI 1.4 compliant.

To play that game in 3D, the best way is to connect the ps3 to your TV directly and send the audio to your receiver via optical cable. It is stunning in 3D!
Yeah, that's an option. I did try it in 3D w/ the PS3 directly to my display. You know, I wasn't that impressed w/ 3D but I'm only 1% through.

I know a poster on AVS did have PS3 - Denon 3310 - VT20 and it did pass through 3D so I know it's possible. Waiting for him to post his settings.
