Thinking about adding these as front highs, is it worth it, or should I just go larger on the front I have m60,s now? Will I see an improvement with the M22 as front highs? Room is 14X20.

Front heights can add quite a bit to the sound field.
I had them in the same size room and favored them over rear surrounds.

Greg, because of the relatively subtle ambient nature of the sounds played by front heights, using M22s there may be a bit of overkill. Wide dispersion is very useful for that and QS4s might be the best Axiom suggestion.
