I went to Costco and found an HTIB with a Kenwood receiver and Axiom speakers. The centre looked like the VP50 and the other four speakers looked like a smaller QS4 (for sure at least 2 that was like the QS4, not sure of the other 2). The sub looked like it was specifically made for HTIB. I didn't get a chance to listen to them. Of course there was every other thing going as well so it would be hard to discern how good they were. But given that they are Axiom's I would assume they're pretty good.

Sounds exactly like this: http://cgi.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/cl.pl?spkrmoni&1069274675&class&3&4&

Saw it the other day on Audiogon.

Can anyone verify the exact contents of the Costco package? They don't have it here so I would have to drive all the way to calgary or edmonton.......
Maybe Alan knows?
I also have a question....would the MZero's be better than the Axiom CT-5 and CT6?
Trying to build something for my pc on a small budget.....

Thanks!

I saw a package at Costco here in Halifax that contained:
- Kenwood VR6050 Receiver
- 2 pairs of M1's
- One VP50
- One downfiring Axiom sub. Did not get the model number.

Hope that helps,

Thank you. I had just found out the rest, except the center was mistakenly listed as an vpzero center.
The subwoofer seems to be a CTH-120, but I can't seem to verify that so far.

DVD:

My bad. The center is actually the VPZero. Must have been half asleep. :-)

The VP50 would be a better match for the M1's, but for the $699 CDN they are asking for this package, it's a smoking deal.
