Thoughts on the use of the Broadband Digital Signal Processor in my room?
I've toyed with the idea of trading up to a smaller speaker, the rooms too small for the towers I have.
I'm thinking I can keep the towers and get the BDSP instead of losing with the trade up difference.
Pushing the screen back, way back, I think I could gain image quality with the PJ. I would be able to max out the image on the screen too.
I might do it anyway to see what happens to the SQ and IQ. Looks like I'll soon have a day a week to myself again in the near future.

Anyone?

Anyone already using the BDSP that can comment?
Why not get the Dirac unit from Minidsp. How big is your room blair. mine is like 15x15 and i dont feel the towers are too big at all. Most info these days comes from the center, maybe time to upgrade that to a VP180

I've got an M80HP for a centre channel.
I'll look it up and see what it's about.
I like what I have, how it sounds etc but I chewed up a lot of floor space in its current set up.
This room is 12' wide.
This Beauty will give you Dirac Live , arguably the best room correction system available anywhere on planet earth. It hard to explain what it does cause i am not a wordy kinda guy more of a straight to the point hurt your feelers kinda guy LOL.
I can tell you that for me it just homogenizes the whole HT experience . I thought mine sounded damn good but Dirac is like extra icing and ice cream on your cake with whip cream smile
