Has anyone ever tried the Paradigm Reference line subs? My friend said it was the best he'd ever heard...but he (nor I) get out much to try different subs (nor have we heard a HSU or SVS sub). In any case, I'm probably going to get the SVS PS2-Plus...but...I'd like to hear if anyone's heard this and could compare the two. Thanks!

I can't ever remember hearing their highest end ones, but their lesser higher end ones tend to be slightly boomy, but they do have fairly deep bass. I prefer the Velodyne's and Axioms EP350 i have heard, and based on user feedback, i would assume SVS to outperform them
