Ok here's the deal...My 3802 that I have had for a few years suddenly stopped producing sound from the surround speakers in DD, DPL2, and 5 channel stereo. The kicker is when I put it into a DSP simulation, i.e., widescreen, stadium, jazz club, well all of them for that matter, they all produce sound from the surround speakers. Is it possible to have a bad circuit switch thats preventing power for channels to kick on?

I found the problem and I'm blaming it on the kids. Some how the speaker config for DD and 5 channel stereo got changed...I haven't been in that menu for 2 years. I would blame the dog but...anyhoo, thanks for the replies
