Are there any amplifier "deals" out there like Axiom or SVS or Hsu that go direct from manufacturer. Right now I'm looking at a Rotel 1056 to power a M60 (on the way) based surround. I liked the sound of the Rotel with some B&W 60 floor speakers. I'm thinking that with all the licensing for various sound systems (Dolby, DTS etc.)it is not as likely to have an integrated AV Surround Receiver that is not dealer based.
Glangston,
Rotel is a great place to look for a great quality, great value amplifier. Also check out
Outlaw,
Anthem,
NAD,
B&K,
Adcom. There are also a lot of people on the forum that swear by the
Marantz MM9000.
Good luck!
Sorry Glangston, I didn't really read you're initial post too carefully. Outlaw is the only one on the list above that enables you to purchase directly from them. However, all the other manufacturers on the list have great quality products that won't break the bank. It's worth it to check them all out if you can.
